      1. Sign up to become our member (Form A)

      2. Make your purchase anywhere in USA. (Suggestion Links)

      3. Submit your shipment information in Booking Form (Form B)

      4. After your seller give you tracking number, you can submit Tracking Update Form (Form C)

      5. ShiptoHK.com receive your package and confirm your shipping cost.

      6. Once customer confirm, ShiptoHK.com will dispatch shipment.

      7. Arrive to Hong Kong.

      8. Customer can pick up or we can forward for delivery. (see Price list for detail.)

2.) What is DIM weight and how to calculate? 什麼是體積重, 如何計算?

DIM Weight are calculate base on Size of shipment. It is calculate by Airlines standard. Below is the information on how to calculate DIM Weight.

體積重的計算方法是根據航空公司的規定. 以下是計算體積重的方法。

 

(Unit of Measurement : inches) (計算單位: 吋)

(L X W X H) / 166 = DIM weight in Lbs. (長x闊x高) / 166 = 體積重(磅)

 

3.) I don't understand how to calculate my DIM charge. 我不明白如何計算我的體積重費用.

If your package is 10 lbs and DIM is 15" X 15" X 10"

假如您的貨品有10磅, 尺寸為15"x15"x10"

(15" X 15" X 10") / 166 = DIM weight: 13.55 lbs.           (15"x15"x10") / 166 = 體積重: 13.55磅

Actual weight: 10lbs  / 實重: 10磅
DIM weight: 13.55 lbs. / 體積重: 13.55 磅
Your Cost:    您的費用:
US$31.00 (10lbs fee) + US$4 (4 extra DIM weight) = US$35 

港幣$248 (10磅收費) + 港幣$32 體積重 = 港幣$280

 

 

4.) How much am I cover if I do not buy insurance? 如果我不買保險, 我有沒有基本保險?

All Package are covered Automatically with $50.00USD for Lost of Package. If customer need to purchase addtional insurance, please purchase our cargo insurance. (Auto cover only cover the lost of the full package.  It does not include damage, lost of inside contents)

所有包裹自動包括 $50美元(大約$380港元)的丟失保險. 如果客戶需要,可以購買額外保險,請購買我們的貨物保險。("自動"丟失保險不包括損壞和裡面的內容丟失)

 

5.) How Do I pay? 我如何付款?

Customers can choose Prepaid or pay at the time of delivery / pick up.

Hong Kong payments can be done by cash or ATM deposit.

6.) What does repacking means in check and match service? 改包裝是什麼?

Sometimes, when sellers send packages to their customers, the boxes are very big or loose which might cause DIM weight .  Also, there are packages which need additional handling and packing once arrive.  With 20% of the weight of the shipment.  (Min$3.00USD) we will help customers to make sure and match the General description of the packages. We will add protection to the prodcuct and try our best to reduce the DIM weight.

有時候, 賣家用過大的紙箱包裝貨品以致體積重出現或纸箱到倉時已壞損。 並且, 有些包裹需要額外的處理及包裝。 只需付運費總計的兩成(最低收費HK$24), 我們會為您核對貨品(基於Form B內之資料), 增加保護貨品的包裝, 及盡我們所能盡量減低體積重。
